I'm going to brag on myself for a minute...

For almost a month I have been FRETTING about my score on the Praxis II: Elementary Content Knowledge test that I needed to pass to start grad school. I have been obsessive about checking the Praxis website each morning to see if I passed. But this morning I didn't check it and I didn't check it all day...until right before I was about to go to bed. I had a thought that I should at least check it. And the scores were in and I was SO nervous to check it. And then I SCREAMED! 183 out of 200!! I dominated that test! Minutes later as I was reading more about Praxis test scores I discovered that I qualified to receive the Recognition of Excellence Award! The qualifying score is determined by the top 15% of candidates who took the test in previous years. For someone who has felt average most of her life, this is a big deal! I am grateful to Heavenly Father for blessing me with this passing score. I TRULY could not have done it without His help. A weak thing has become strong.

And NOW I feel better about starting grad school in ONE week! Woohoo.
